We at The Holidays Crafters strive to provide our customers with memorable travel experiences. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your bookings.
1. Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required at the time of pre-booking.

The remaining 50% must be paid on the first day of the trip.

Booking will only be confirmed once the advance payment is received.
2. Modification Policy

Travel packages can be modified up to 7 days before the trip start date.

No modifications will be accepted within 7 days of the scheduled trip.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refund will be provided once all arrangements and bookings have been made.

Cancellations before booking confirmation may be eligible for a full refund, subject to discussion and agreement with our team.

In case of natural calamities or roadblocks at the destination, before booking, a full refund will be considered upon discussion.

For cancellations after booking but before the trip, deductions will be applied as per our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
4. Force Majeure

If the trip cannot proceed due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters or political unrest at the destination, refund or rescheduling options will be discussed individually before bookings are finalized.
