We at The Holidays Crafters strive to provide our customers with memorable travel experiences. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your bookings.

1. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of pre-booking.

• The remaining 50% must be paid on the first day of the trip.

• Booking will only be confirmed once the advance payment is received.

 

2. Modification Policy

• Travel packages can be modified up to 7 days before the trip start date.

• No modifications will be accepted within 7 days of the scheduled trip.

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refund will be provided once all arrangements and bookings have been made.

• Cancellations before booking confirmation may be eligible for a full refund, subject to discussion and agreement with our team.

• In case of natural calamities or roadblocks at the destination, before booking, a full refund will be considered upon discussion.

• For cancellations after booking but before the trip, deductions will be applied as per our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

 

4. Force Majeure

• If the trip cannot proceed due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters or political unrest at the destination, refund or rescheduling options will be discussed individually before bookings are finalized.
