Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our services. By accessing or booking through The Holidays Crafters, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

 

1. Booking and Payment

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid on the first day of the trip.

  • Booking confirmation is subject to the realization of the advance payment.

  • Payment methods include UPI, bank transfers, or any other method agreed upon.

 

2. Package Modifications

  • Any changes to the itinerary or package can only be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start of the trip.

  • No modifications will be accepted within 7 days of the departure date.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • No refund will be issued once all arrangements and bookings (hotels, transport, etc.) are finalized.

  • Full refunds are only possible in special circumstances (e.g., natural calamities or roadblocks at the destination) before booking, and only upon discussion.

  • For other cancellations, deductions will be applied as per the situation and at the company’s discretion.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents including ID proofs, passports, and required permits.

  • The Holidays Crafters is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing documentation.

 

5. Customer Obligations

  • Travelers must follow local laws, behave responsibly, and adhere to safety instructions provided by guides or local service providers.

  • Any damage to property or misconduct during the trip will be the responsibility of the traveler, and The Holidays Crafters reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund.

 

6. Force Majeure

The Holidays Crafters shall not be held liable for any delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Strikes

  • Acts of God

In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be considered only if the booking is not yet confirmed.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every effort to ensure a smooth and safe experience, The Holidays Crafters shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury or loss

  • Delays or missed connections

  • Third-party service failures

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including logos, text, images, and other materials is the property of The Holidays Crafters. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal.
